Get Me Up provides newspaper advertisement booking services across India including:
We act as an advertising agency facilitating publication in various newspapers.
The client is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authenticity of the advertisement content submitted.
We do not verify legal claims or supporting documents unless specifically required by the publication.
The client agrees to indemnify Get Me Up against any legal dispute arising from the content provided.
Full advance payment is required before booking confirmation.
Rates are subject to change based on newspaper policies.
Booking is confirmed only after payment receipt and publication approval.
Cancellation is allowed only before ad release to the publication.
Once the advertisement is sent to the newspaper or published, no cancellation or refund is possible.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Publication date is subject to newspaper approval and availability.
We are not responsible for printing errors caused by the newspaper after final client approval.
In case of printing error from publication side, rectification depends on newspaper policy.
Get Me Up Advertising shall not be liable for:
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific advertisement.
All website content including logo, branding, text, and design are the property of Get Me Up Advertising and may not be copied without written permission.
Customer data including name, contact details, and documents are used only for advertisement processing and will not be sold to third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.All disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of Delhi Courts only.
