At Get Me Up, we strive to provide accurate and timely newspaper advertisement booking services across India. Since newspaper advertising involves third-party publication houses, refunds are governed by strict booking and release policies.
By placing an order with us, you agree to this Refund Policy.
All advertisements must be paid in full in advance.
Booking is processed only after payment confirmation.
Rates are subject to newspaper approval and availability.
If cancellation request is made before the advertisement is released to the newspaper for publication.
Refund will be processed after deducting applicable service charges and payment gateway charges (if any).
Refund will NOT be applicable in the following cases:
If a printing error occurs from the newspaper’s side (after client-approved draft), correction or compensation will depend entirely on the newspaper’s internal policy.
Get Me Up Advertising will coordinate with the publication but does not guarantee compensation.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Refund will be made to the original payment method only.
Processing time may vary depending on bank/payment gateway policies.
In case of eligible refunds, the following may be deducted:
Agency service charges
Payment gateway charges
GST (if already deposited with government, non-refundable)
