A legally valid URC-2 Ad must contain specific details. Here’s the breakdown:

(a) Heading

Always start with a bold heading like: PUBLIC NOTICE (URC-2)

This makes it clear that it is an official public notice under MCA guidelines.

(b) Legal Reference

The notice must cite the law under which it is being published. For example: “Pursuant to Section 374(b) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Companies (Authorised to Register) Rules, 2014…”

(c) Existing Entity Details

(f) Invitation for Objections

A line inviting objections from the public must be included: “Any person having any objection may communicate the same to the Registrar of Companies, Delhi, within 21 days from the date of this notice.”

 

Authorized Signatory

The notice must end with:

The name of the existing firm/LLP/society

Signature/Name of authorized signatory (partner/secretary)

Place & Date of publication

Newspapers Required

As per MCA guidelines, the ad must be published in:

One English Daily Newspaper (circulating in the district)
